I frequently visit (bookmarked it actually) a site you posted a while ago and just wanted to bring it back to people's attention: It's elearningpost.com. Full of great and interesting links that have wide application--the best e-learning site I've seen (speaing as a non-techie).
The latest update to the site includes a piece on Dotmocracy. Great group decision-making activity! Check it out!
