Carla Rieger

Carla Rieger is an expert on creativity at work. She uses proven secrets from the world of artists, musicians, writers and designers to help leaders use the arts in business for improved team, communications, employee engagement and innovation. She has been a professional speaker, trainer, facilitator, comedy improvisor, and storyteller since the mid-80’s. She is the director of YES Education Systems, a creative communications consulting firm since 1991 and has written several books on creativity and change management. She is also a regular columnist in several magazines. She founded several theatre groups and recently produced and performed a one-woman show entitled, Dancing Between Worlds.
