Jerry Kail
Jerry Kail is an Organization Development Consultant with LexisNexis. His role includes consulting on organizational effectiveness issues with internal clients; designing and facilitating group work sessions; and developing, conducting, and managing training programs in the areas of Leadership, Teamwork, Innovation & Creativity, Change Management, and the Virtual Workplace. Jerry also performs with the Dayton-based improv troupe SmartyPants.
He has developed several training and teambuilding programs using improv techniques and concepts, and has published a number of articles on the application of improv concepts to organizations. He is a member of the American Society of Training & Development, the International Association of Facilitators, and the Association for Psychological Type (Myers-Briggs). Jerry has a BA and a JD from Indiana University.
