Maxine Shapiro is a twenty four-year veteran of the business world and financial industry. She spent fifteen years at the Chicago Board of Trade, building a strong foundation of business expertise. While selling imported cars, she ranked 12th in the country for Customer Satisfaction Index. Maxine is also an accomplished actor, comedian, and graduate of Chicago’s 2nd City Improv Lab.

After moving to Dallas, Texas in 1995, she co-hosted a weekly financial radio show - moved on to North Texas NPR with her savvy daily financial commentaries and was a regular commentator on Public Radio International’s "Marketplace Morning Report."
