Michael Rosenberg

Michael Rosenberg is the author of The Flexible Thinker®: A Guide to Creative Wealth and the co-author of The Flexible Thinker® Approach programs. Michael is an internationally recognized expert in leadership and accelerated learning design and is considered one of the foremost authorities on the use of improvisation in business.

He is one of the 3 original founders of the Association of Improvisation in Business organization and is the founder of Leadership Peel, a community leadership program that includes the communities of Mississauga, Brampton and Caledon, Ontario (population 1.1 million). Michael has been widely featured in the press and, after completing The Flexible Thinker program, a team of engineers was able to solve a problem that had confounded them for an entire year, saving the company hundreds of thousands of dollars. His large list include all facets of the private and public sectors and include everything from ABB to York Region.
