Pamela Meyer

Pamela Meyer is a scholar-practitioner who works with organizations that want innovative solutions and teams that need to jumpstart creative collaboration. As president of Chicago-based Meyer Creativity Associates, Inc., she draws on her years working in improvisational theatre to help her clients respond quickly to change and think on their feet.
At DePaul University she teaches courses in organizational improvisation, appreciative inquiry and organization theory. In addition to her teaching and consulting work, Pamela Meyer is the author of Quantum Creativity: Nine Principles to Transform the Way You Work.
Meyer holds a B.F.A. from Boston University’s School for Theatre Arts, as well as a masters with a concentration in creativity from Antioch University, and a masters in human and organizational development from the Fielding Graduate Institute. She is currently working on her doctorate at Fielding, where she is researching how individuals experience improvisation.
