Paul Cicco

Paul Cicco combines his graduate business leadership studies, his 12 years as a manager in a service organization and his 40 years as a musician in a workshop called Team Rhythm.

Mr. Cicco created and began delivering Team Rhythm in 1991. Paul has delivered Team Rhythm to companies such as:

In addition to his Team Rhythm work, Paul also promotes the work of internationally acclaimed games and simulations expert Sivasailam “Thiagi” Thiagarajan. Since the early 1990’s, Mr. Cicco has worked with a variety of other organizational development and training service providers: QBInternational, Barnes & Conti Associates, Griggs Productions, and the East West Group.

Paul’s Team Rhythm work was featured in San Diego State University’s 2000 Series on Global Intelligence and Performance Competence. This live videoconference was broadcast over the United States, Mexico, Central and South America. In 2002, Mr. Cicco took part in an unusual and powerful program at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s Diversity Celebration Day. Drawing on common breath and pulse, Paul facilitated a rhythm summit of musicians from Native American, Argentine Tango, Nigerian and Polynesian traditions, with stunning results!

Mr. Cicco is a frequent presenter for the American Society of Training & Development Golden Gate, Silicon Valley and Mt. Diablo chapters, and for the Federal Quad Council’s Annual EEO Conference.

Mr. Cicco earned an MBA in Organizational Leadership from John F. Kennedy University in Orinda, California in 1989. He received his bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Bates College in Lewiston, Maine in 1975.
