Nikki McKinney

Nikki Lamberti McKinney, founder of N. Lamberti Consulting, is a dynamic facilitator, public speaker and corporate trainer who specializes in working with individuals in the hospitality industry. She works primarily with Master Connection Associates, which is an international training and development company specializing in customer service, sales and leadership consulting. This role makes her somewhat of a road warrior, spending an average of 40 weeks a year traveling around the globe to meet with clients and deliver multi-day training programs.

After graduating with a B.S. from Rutgers University, Nikki spent 7 years working for Walt Disney World Resort, in Orlando, Fl. There she was able to put to use her extensive background in theater and dance training fromthe North Carolina School of the Arts and the Academy of Dance Arts in New Jersey. At Walt Disney World, Nikki spent time working in Entertainment, Animal Care, Operations and most recently as a recruiter in Human Resources. From training dolphins to interviewing college students, the ability to improvise consistently helped her to find the humor in any situation and excel in a wide variety of career disciplines.

Nikki also spent a year facilitating Disneys Orientation program known as Traditions which was a phenomenal opportunity to introduce new Disney Cast Members to the magic, heritage and history behind the world-renowned company. She worked as a guest facilitator with the Disney Institute, educating professionals from all around the world on the Disney Way and how to apply its principles to increase their organizations productivity.

During her time with Disney, Nikki also began training in Improv at SAK University in Orlando and started performing as a Lab Rat on the same stage where Wayne Brady got his start. She is still involved with SAK Improv Theater and is exited to be integrating the principles and value of improvisation into the corporate classroom.
