Caroline Weitzer is a seasoned consultant and Certified Professional Coach (CPC) with 20+ years of project management business management and leadership experience. Caroline currently focuses her practice on leadership, performance, change and communication for individuals and for public, private and not-for-profit organizations.

Caroline is passionate about creating opportunities for people to engage with their whole self in whatever endeavor they choose. In addition to her Left-brain capabilities, Caroline is a choreographer, singer/songwriter and seasoned movement/music improviser with 25 years of experience in creating compelling performances.

In her business career Caroline has worked extensively with organizations, from within and as an outside consultant, facilitating strategic and business planning efforts, specifically in the technology realms. Her ability to understand and communicate with technologists AND business people found Caroline at the nexus of many strategic and tactical discussions, facilitating consensus and solutions that were new to both sides.

Caroline is known as some one who listens deeply and is able to understand and synthesize complex challenges, to facilitate solutions and consensus. She has been called a relentlessly positive force for change and as such, has a broad base of knowledge and experience in the field of change including the development and implementation of successful training programs, change management programs, system implementations and communication plans.

Caroline is an excellent communicator who brings a strong capacity to organize ideas and concepts and then engage her audiences in a compelling presentation, whether in spoken or written format. In addition, Caroline is a systems thinker who has the ability to see the whole, while understanding the details and how they fit within the whole.

Caroline is the current Executive Director of the Slab Creek Music Festival, Vice President of Contemporary Crafts Museum and Gallery and 2006 Conference Chair of the Applied Improv Network.
