Shachar Perlman is an expert in life coaching, executive coaching and facilitating improvisation seminars.

Shachar's vision is to make people happy and motivated at work and in life through coaching and theater seminars.

He had worked in the IT industry for 25 years. His last job was as president, of a medium size software house.During the last 8 years Shachar studied and experienced Drama and theater in Israel, where he lives. In that time He performed in 5 different shows in a local theater: Wedding by Brecht, Andora by Max Frish, Saturday, Sunday, Monday by Eduardo de Filippo, Bedroom Farce by Alan Ayckbourn- and in Suitcase packers by Hanoch Levin Israeli leading director and writer.

Lately he decided to combine his love for theater with his management skills and knowledge: he left the IT industry for Be Happy his company. Be Happy aims to bring happiness into work and into life, using tools from theater and tools from coaching. Shachar also combines Theater and coaching into one harmonic solution.

Shachar is a certified coach and he is currently coaching for a living. Together with a theater director he uses improvisations in order to bring happiness and motivation into the work place.
