Jennie Ayers

Jennie Ayers is a principal with Challenge It Now, a behavioral based consulting company with offices in Southern California, Maryland and the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks area of Missouri. She brings more than 20 years of experience as a writer, director and performer in both theatre and television to the business world. As a writer, shes written over 25 episodes of television comedy and spent two especially enjoyable years writing for redneck comic Jeff Foxworthy. In conjunction with writing, Jennie also guided performers as an acting coach, both in Los Angeles and as a resident director with the then-renowned Eureka Theatre in San Francisco. Using her experience in improvisation, Jennie has worked with individuals and teams to build spontaneity hone creativity and agile thinking and strengthen an individuals ability to act, react and interact. She developed the improvisational field guide used in the Challenge It Now Intentional WorkClimateTM system. Jennie holds a BA in theatre from the University of Missouri at Columbia and completed work for her MA in theatre at San Francisco State University.
