Andy has instructed thousands of individuals, entrepreneurs, managers and staff in organizations across North America & Europe. Successfully combining an academic background in Business Management at the University of Toronto with advanced improvisational theatre training at The Second City in Toronto, topped-off with a comedy writing and sales & marketing background, Andy delivers powerful, fun and effective programs in both the Training & Development and Edutainment worlds.

Andy is currently working on Spiritual Improv – An exploration of Spiritual Themes through improvisation and is piloting the program this June in Toronto.
