Mike Goran, Founder and Chief Creative Coach of CorpJesters, is part teacher, part performer, part writer and part organisational development consultant. Over the past 20 years, He has worn many hats, contributing to his very unique perspective on improvisation for business. A past Artistic Director of TheatreSports Toronto, Mike played on the Toronto team at the 1988 Calgary Winter Olympics Arts Festival. Through CorpJesters, Mike uses proven improvisation techniques to help organizations become 'Future Flexible' in areas of creative problem solving, thinking on their feet and leadership & fellowship. He has taught improvisation for school boards throughout Ontario, including The Second City Training Centre in Toronto and currently instructs at Sheridan Institute of Technology & Advanced Learning.

His unique hybrid background allows for an exceptional presentation style that seamlessly blends theory and practical application. A lively and engaging speaker, Mike is capable of motivating even the most reserved participants to make meaningful contributions. CorpJesters’ growing list of clients includes TD Canada Trust, Warner Lambert, BBDO Advertising, Vickers & Benson Arnold Advertising, Maritz Canada, and the Canadian Association of Management Consultants.

On the forefront of organizational growth and change, Mike recently returned from Europe, after an enthusiastically received presentation on improvisation and Solution Focused coaching for an international audience of consulting practitioners and clientele. As a member of the multinational Steering Committee for the Solutions in Organizations Linkup conference, Mike continues to hone his consulting skills on the international stage, assisting with coordination for next year’s conference in Stockholm.
