Kevin Carroll

At certain conferences there are people you will meet who need no introduction. Kevin Carroll is not one of those people.

Kevin grew up in a large Irish Catholic family where, to the best of his mother's recollection, he was somewhere near the middle. As one of seven kids, Kevin learned early on the finer points of interpersonal communication (mostly by having his butt kicked).

After spending 17 years in advertising, Kevin started his own business where he now works with individuals and organizations on presentation skills, selling skills and customer service skills.

Kevin is happy to be attending the ImprovInBiz conference, having once completed a two-month training assignment for the US Postal Service where he taught conflict resolution. In fact, after that experience, he'd be happy to be attending any conference.

Kevin's sisters (Pat Kirkland and Amy Carroll) will also be at the conference. If you see them, please don't let on that Kevin will be there also, as they owe Kevin a substantial amount of money and he's hoping to surprise them.
