Cathy McNally is a corporate writing trainer and owner of McNally Communications, which provides copywriting and editing services for individuals, non-profits and businesses. She is also a nationally published freelance writer of travel, education and humor.

Cathy has been performing professionally as an improviser and stand-up comic for over a decade and has taught improvisation to children, teens and adults for several years. She has trained in Spolin method with Gary Schwartz, and with Keith Johnstone. She is a principal of NetMirth, a company that provides training and entertainment for corporations and other organizations. She is based in Northampton, Massachusetts.
