Neil Mullarkey is an experienced actor, director and improviser. A former President of the Footlights at Cambridge University, Neil co-founded Britain's top improv troupe, the Comedy Store Players in 1985 and continues to improvise with them twice a week at London's famous Comedy Store. He's improvised around the UK with Eddie Izzard and guested with The Groundlings in Los Angeles and Second City in Toronto.

He's been in comedy double acts with Nick Hancock and Mike Myers and appeared in hilarious cameos in Austin Powers movies I and III. His many TV and radio appearances include Whose Line Is it Anyway, Smith & Jones, I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue, Just a Minute and Quote Unquote.

This year, Neil has been touring his fourth one-man show called "Don't Be Needy, Be Succeedy", which won the Fringe Report Award for Best Satire of 2002. In it, Neil plays L. Vaughan Spencer, Life Coach, Self-Help Guru and Gangsta Motivator.

Neil runs workshops using the techniques of theatre improvisation to inspire business people to embrace their creativity and enhance their communication skills.
