Stevie Ray


Stevie Ray's in Minneapolis has been providing training and entertainment in improvisation since 1989. Founded by Stevie Ray and Pamela Vervair, the company operates a school of improv with approximately 100 students year round, a comedy troupe that provides entertainment for public and private events, and a nationwide corporate training program.

Improvisation for Professionals is a hands-on workshop customized for the clients specific needs. The client selects one or more focus area as it pertains to their business:

Teambuilding
Customer Service
Conflict Resolution
Creativity in Business
Humor in the Workplace
Communication and Management
Presentation Skills and
Public Speaking
Workshops can be for any size group from a dozen to a thousand. The audience works together to practice techniques that are applicable to their specific position in the company.

Stevie Ray's also offers Bottom Line Laughter, a program designed to increase productivity and relieve stress by training the techniques of humor. The program is developed around Stevie's research in humor. He is the only person in the country to design his own college degree in Theory and Performance of Comedy and has been training in improvisation since 1977.
