Andrew Welch , like most of our presenters, wears several hats. He is the principal consultant behind intellact Canada, and is Senior Lead Facilitator and Ropes Course Manager with the Delta Synergy Group, Canada's premiere performance enhancement company and a leading corporate experiential training provider.

In 2002, he created the Canadian Experiential Education Practitioners Symposium, the only annual EE conference in Canada. In a previous IT consulting career, Mr. Welch was in constant demand across North America as a speaker, presenter, trainer, and columnist - achieving enough success to allow retirement before the age of 40. Although no longer 'working', Andrew is busier than ever with 'retirement projects' - ask him about the distinction some time! Over the past 20 years he has also maintained a parallel career in professional theatre, with well over 100 production credits on-stage and as a designer. Andrew was a founding principal of Theatresports Toronto in 1982, moved on to teach improv to actors and executives alike as far afield as Australia, and then returned to the Theatresports Toronto main stage cast in 2004 after a 17 year hiatus! He is now consulted as a specialist in teaching business models using improv and other experiential tools.
