"Free Publicity" by Jeff Crilley
(Charisma Press 2002)

As a financial commentator whose life is immersed
in the worlds of business and media I highly recommend “Free
Publicity." It's simple, short and concise. Crilley has
a unique perceptive - he's a TV reporter and not a PR person.
He reveals how to write a pitch and get it read, what time
of day to make the pitch/call, what days of the week are better
than
others and what times of the year the media is actually hungry
for creative stories. The response has been jubilant by those
who follow his suggestions. Me included. Enjoy and have fun
with it!
